The ASA Junior program is the first step into the Academy. This foundation program gives young players access to advanced coaching, age-specific skills training, and an opportunity to participate in a higher-level environment than that of recreational soccer. The program's focus is on individual skill development, instilling the love of the game, and developing a sense of “team and teamwork” in the young player. ASA Juniors will train with professional coaching and play in interclub and intraclub small-sided games in a productive & positive environment. All players willing to make the commitment are welcome and no player will be excluded from participation in the ASA Junior program. Membership in the junior program also gives players access to extra academy programming provided by the club throughout the season.
